Privacy Policy

You may type a business tagline or an answer to the first diagnostic question on the home page. During a diagnostic, you may provide information about your audience, offer, marketing, sales conversations, follow-up, referrals, workload, and business systems. You do not need an account, and the tool does not ask for your name, email address, payment details, or other account information.

Please do not enter confidential information or personal information about another person. You choose what detail to include in your answers.

When you run the diagnostic, your answers and the conversation are sent through Lovable AI to Google Gemini so the tool can ask follow-up questions and create your diagnosis and summary. The app uses Google Gemini 2.5 Flash. The clarity test on the home page is scored in your browser; its text is sent to the AI only if you choose to carry it into the full diagnostic.

Java Books, LLC does not write your answers, conversation, or generated summary to the app database. The app code does not set or describe how long Lovable AI or Google may keep data while providing their services, so we cannot promise a specific provider-side retention period here.

Your diagnostic conversation and completed summary are saved in local browser storage so you can reload, resume, or reopen them. Your consent choice and theme preference are also saved there. A pending tagline and a random analytics identifier are kept in session storage for the current browser tab.

The app does not set an automatic expiration date for the conversation, summary, consent choice, or theme preference. They remain until you remove them, clear this site's browser data, or your browser removes them. Session-storage items normally disappear when the browser tab or session ends.

The app records limited usage events in its database, such as starting or completing a session, completing a dimension, viewing a summary, downloading a report, or copying a share link. A random per-tab identifier may accompany an event, along with limited details such as full or express mode, dimension name, stage number, or a small preset value. Your written answers, tagline, transcript, report text, name, and email address are not included in these event records.

These event records have no automatic deletion date in the current app. Because they are not tied to an account, name, or email address, Java Books, LLC may not be able to identify which anonymous records came from you.

PDF, Word, and Markdown reports are created in your browser and downloaded to your device. The app does not upload a copy of those files to its database.

If you copy a share link, the report itself is encoded inside the link. Java Books, LLC does not store a separate copy of that shared report. Anyone who receives the complete link can read it, and the link cannot be revoked by deleting data from this app. Share it only with people you trust.

To delete your saved diagnostic conversation and summary, choose to start a new session and confirm that you want to clear the current diagnostic. To remove all information stored by this site in your browser, including consent and theme choices, clear this site's stored data in your browser settings. Delete any downloaded reports from your device separately.
