This application, its wording, its visuals and the diagnostic it produces are the work of Steve Nakamoto and are protected by copyright. The five growth dimensions and the sequence logic behind them come from the book Customers Are Like Fish, written by Steve Nakamoto, and are published here by the author himself — not quoted from a third party.
Your report is yours to use
The Business Diagnostic Summary generated from your answers is created for your own business use. You may keep it, print it, and share it inside your own company or with your own advisors. Reselling it, republishing it as your own product, or using this application to produce reports as a commercial service requires written permission.
Names you mention stay with their owners
Any company name, product name or trademark that appears in a session — whether typed by you or produced in a report — belongs to its respective owner. Their appearance is descriptive only and implies no affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from those owners.
No third-party material is reproduced
This application does not reproduce text, exercises or branded methods from any other author's book, course or seminar. The assistant is instructed to answer in plain business language and to avoid naming, quoting or paraphrasing another author's branded material.
